It is tradition for select students to give speeches and create artwork for our 5th grade end of the year celebration. We have decided to continue this tradition even in this uncertain time! For information about these contests, students MUST log onto Zoom at 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 4.

There is just no way to capture it on paper since the students always have so many questions. The speech contest must be an original speech, 1-3 minutes in length, be submitted in writing first, and, after receiving approval, video second. We will choose 6 student speeches to be included in a video presentation. For the art contest, interested students will submit an original artwork, in high quality jpg, png, or pdf format. The theme for both contests is "We've Earned Our Stripes." Rules and Other Information
